The interface has been cleaned up a bit, too.<\/p>\n<p>I\u2019ve cleaned up some of the INSTEON communication code, so those using this as a reference should take a look at the changes under the hood.\u00a0 Shion is released under the MIT License. AppleScript support: This makes Shion scriptable on the Mac so that people can write their own scripts to control their household. For example:<br \/>\ntell application &#8220;Shion&#8221;<br \/>\nactivate device named &#8220;Reading Lamp&#8221;<br \/>\ndeactivate device named &#8220;Coffee Maker&#8221;<br \/>\nend tell<\/p>\n<p>or<\/p>\n<p>tell application &#8220;Shion&#8221; to deactivate all devices<\/p>\n<p>2. Revamped AppleRemote support.<br \/>\n3. A web-based iPhone client that communicates with the desktop app &#8211; (See screenshot below)<br \/>\n4.
