Both variants are available with White (Saturn style), Black and Stainless Steel facias.\u00a0 The LCD displays temperature in either degrees Celsius or degrees Fahrenheit, as selected by the installer or operator. The LCD is capable of displaying temperature in the range -50\u00b0C (-58\u00b0F) to 37\u00b0C (99\u00b0F) and is backlit with white LED\u2019s, with the level adjustable via C-Bus configuration parameters.\u00a0 A temperature sensor is also incorporated into the unit, with an accuracy \u00b1 0.5\u00b0C at 25\u00b0C and \u00b1 1\u00b0C over the operational temperature range. The unit broadcasts the displayed temperature on C-Bus to enable other C-Bus devices to be able react to this information (eg, C-Bus\u00a0Colour Touch Screen or Pascal Automation Controller).<\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"C-Bus Thermostat\" alt=\"C-Bus Thermostat\" src=\"\/images\/news\/cbus_therm2.jpg\" width=\"400\" height=\"286\" \/><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">\u00a05070THB\u00a0 Series C-Bus Thermostat<\/div>\n<p>The <strong>5070THB is a single zone C-Bus thermostat<\/strong>. The unit incorporates a \u2018Setback\u2019 or \u2018Economy Mode\u2019 feature which allows the unit to operate with a wider than normal temperature range around a Setpoint. This is usually used when the home or building is unoccupied.\u00a0 Setback allows energy saving, whilst maintaining a degree of comfort.\u00a0 The Setback feature is enabled or disabled via a C-Bus Lighting Group Address.\u00a0 All thermostat control parameters are accessible via C-Bus, from the C-Bus Toolkit software. The unit responds to C-Bus HVAC application messages and broadcasts the displayed temperature on C-Bus to enable other C-Bus devices to be able react to this information (eg, C-Bus Colour Touch Screen or Pascal Automation Controller).<\/p>\n<p>The new Clipsal C-Bus <strong>Shutter Motor Control Relay Units<\/strong> are designed to directly drive the motors for soft furnishing components like motorised blinds, curtains, shutters and awnings.
